A: Absolutely! Coin-op games can be easily set to free play for the home user. Every pinball machine's manual describes this easy process.
Q: Will my pinball machine work with my standard electrical outlets?
A: Yes, pinball machines come with a three-prong, grounded plug and will work in any standard 110v outlet.
Q: Do you have a showroom that I can visit?
A: Our experience has shown that we can offer you the best value, wherever you are located, through this website. Our showroom is the Menu page of this website. Clicking on any "Entrée" opens a detailed product-description page of that item. Product questions? Just jot us an email.
Q: What is Pinball Take Out and who operates it?

A: Pinball Take Out sells only new pinball machines; they’re dependable. The high quality of these machines enables us to provide double warranties. Q: Can I purchase a game not listed on your website?
A: Most likely... Yes. Our distributor’s inventory changes daily. We have many resources to look for specific games that are not listed on our website. Please send us an email with as many specifics as possible about the desired game. We will research the possibilities, and get right back to you with the available options.
Q: Do you sell refurbished games?
A: Nope. We only sell new machines that are sure to offer years of outstanding fun for you and your family, or for your business patrons. We bundle classic fun with all the advantages of new manufacture.
Q: Do you offer any kind of discounts?
A: Yes, we offer discounts for purchasing multiple pinball machines. Please email us before you make a multiple purchase to discuss your specific situation.
Q: What forms of payment do you receive?
A: Through our transaction partners — Google and PayPal — we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and eCheck. (Using Google Checkout, “PINBALLTAKEOUT” will be the vendor name listed on your monthly credit card statement. Q: Is my order secure?
A: Yes, our ordering and payment system is completely secure because it enables you to retain possession of your own financial information. You pay for your order without sharing your financial information with any website except one of our transaction processors, Google Checkout or PayPal. Also, the order itself is sent to our server via 128-bit encryption — the same encryption used by banks. (For more information, please see our About Us page.)
Q: How long will it take to receive my shiny new pinball machine?
A: Under normal circumstances, delivery occurs 1-3 weeks after you place your order. If the item is not in stock, or if other delays are expected for any reason, we will notify you right away with the reason for the delay and present the updated shipping schedule.
Q: Will my pinball machine fit through my doorways?
A: Almost always, yes. Pinball machines fit through a standard doorway. Dimensions for each machine are listed on that machine’s detailed description and order-placement page. (These product-specific pages are navigated to by clicking on any "Entrée" on our Menu page.) Please measure your doorway(s) before ordering. Still not sure? Q: Is there any setup or assembly required on my game after I receive it?
A: Yes, most pinball machines require some simple setup steps. The legs will need to be fastened to the machine (they are shipped unmounted), and some packaging will need to be removed from several locations. Also, please note that the manual will walk you through the brief process of setting up free play on the machine.
Q: How do you ship the game to my home or business?
A: We offer two types of shipping: Curbside or In-Home (includes businesses). Our primary delivery zone is the U.S. – Lower 48 States. Please email us before you order if you have other delivery needs. (For more information, please see our Shipping page.)
Q: What about damage during shipment? What steps do I take?
A: Call our distributor immediately for instructions (contact information is included in the shipment). Do not accept any pinball machine that is damaged.
Q: Will the pinball machine be delivered and setup inside my home or business when it arrives?
A: Yes and no. Yes, we offer in-home delivery for a home or business. The trucking company will bring the pinball machine in, unbox it, and take the trash away with them. However, the legs will not yet be fastened to the machine (the legs are packaged unmounted) and the shipping company is not authorized to assemble the machine.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We take great care in preparing our customers to make well-informed purchasing decisions. If you have questions, please email us before you place your order. A refund is only given at our discretion anytime before a pinball machine or other item has been loaded onto a truck en route to you. Q: What type of warranty will I receive on my pinball machine?
A: All of our pinball machines come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty plus our distributor’s added warranty. (For more information, please see our Warranties and Terms page.)
Q: Do you have a service or repair center? What if I need parts?
A: Our distributor offers repair and parts services to our customers. Your pinball machine will be shipped to you directly from our distributor. Packed with the machine will be contact information you can use to write or call them directly, if needed. We want you to enjoy years of pinball fun!
