Our Distributor's Warranty

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, our distributor includes a 90-day warranty on parts as well as toll-free telephone technical support for the life of the pinball machine! Your pinball machine will be shipped to you directly from our distributor. Their contact information will be packed with the machine or affixed to the shipping carton. We want you to enjoy years of pinball fun!

Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all pinball machines and other items sold on the Pinball Take Out website, and the Customer (Buyer) agrees to all terms below by making any purchase from Let’s Go Selling LLC (Seller) via pinballtakeout.com, an eCommerce website wholly owned and operated by Let’s Go Selling LLC.

1. All Sales are Final. All pinball machines and other items sold by us are considered special orders and, as such, are non-cancelable and non-returnable (NCNR) after 24 hours from the date and time of order placement by the Buyer. All sales are considered final unless Seller agrees in writing to an order cancellation or return based on in-house policies for such extraordinary returns. Please be sure to ask any product or shipping questions prior to making your purchase with us.

2. Prices. All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices published by us or quoted by our representatives may be changed at any time without notice. Due to fluctuating market conditions, written quotations expire automatically 24 hours from the date issued and are subject to change or termination with verbal or written notice during that period. All verbal quotations are good for 24 hours and all quotations and prices are subject to adjustment on account of new specifications, modifications, quantities, shipment methods, or other terms and conditions which are not part of the original price quotation.

3. Refunds. A refund is only given at the Seller’s discretion anytime before a pinball machine or other item has been loaded on a truck en route to the Buyer.

4. Cancellations. If the Buyer has chosen to cancel a pinball machine or other item after ordering, Buyer agrees to pay all freight charges and restocking fees. Restocking fees range from 15%-25% depending on the specifications of the item(s) ordered.

5. Custom Orders. All custom/special orders are final, and this will be noted on your invoice. If canceled, these items may require additional fees depending on manufacturer’s policy.

6. Shipping. Customer should fully inspect the package before signing the deliverer’s Bill of Lading. Buyer is responsible for all assembly and set-up of his/her pinball machine(s) and/or other item(s) unless otherwise noted on the Buyer’s invoice. (Note: This is a special service, and fees probably apply.)

If delivery/shipment is refused by the Buyer (for anything but freight damage), the Buyer is responsible for all freight charges, restocking fees, and subsequent attorney fees (if applicable.)

Orders cannot be canceled or refused because of shipping delays that are due to acts of nature.

Pinball machines or other purchased items that are damaged do to freight operations are returnable at the time of delivery only. Once the Bill Of Lading is signed by the Buyer, the delivered pinball machine or other item is considered received in good condition and a claim cannot be filed. If an item is dead on arrival and the freight company has left the premises, the Buyer agrees to work with our distributor’s technical support staff to try to diagnosis and solve the problem. Most problems can be swiftly and easily fixed with their assistance.

7. Pinball Machine Adjustments. Game adjustments may need to be made after delivery due to various effects of having been transported (e.g. vibration or shifting). The Buyer is responsible for these adjustments. Our distributor’s technical support department will happily assist you via phone or email.

8. Warranties. Any and all warranties could be null and void if the Buyer does not contact our distributor prior to attempting any repairs or adjustments, turns on the pinball machine or other item in severe cold weather, or has work performed by anyone not authorized by our distributor’s technical support department.

9. Agreement to Terms. The Buyer confirms that he/she has read, and agrees to, all terms, conditions, and policies listed herein.

The Buyer agrees that this agreement and all transactions hereunder, or any dispute or controversy arising out of, relating to, or in connection with any purchase, transaction, agreement, or its interpretation, with Let’s Go Selling LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, County of Jefferson, and agrees that in the event of Federal or State court litigation, all cases will be filed, conducted, and heard within the State of Colorado, County of Jefferson.
